Criminal, Regulatory and Disciplinary Law
Regulatory and disciplinary work is an important area for the Group. Members of the Group have considerable expertise and experience in the conduct of police and professional tribunal work, inquests and Courts Martial.
The Legal 500 2005: "´Impressive heavyweight´ Toby Hedworth Q.C., head of Trinity Chambers, takes instructions nationwide" while "Caroline Goodwin is a ´real fighter´ who needs early booking, and Robert Adams is popular at the junior end." There is also Paul Sloan Q.C. who is "Methodical and subtle", "second to none at preparation", and "never taken by surprise". (2003 - 2005).
Chambers and Partners 2006 states: ´... Toby Hedworth Q.C., who is said to be "highly adept at making compelling submissions" and Christopher Knox is described as having "bucket-loads of talent.
