Philip Engelman and Jane Callan of Trinity Chambers have been instructed by Muckle LLP on behalf of nearly 20 North East Law Firms in relation to Judicial Review proceedings following the refusal of a family law contract under the LSC tendering process. A detailed letter of claim has already been served. First of the permission hearings is due to start on 21st September 2010.
