Head of Chambers, Toby Hedworth Q.C. is “delighted”, together with the other members of Chambers, to welcome the latest tenant to join Trinity.

John O’Sullivan, called in 1984, joins Trinity Chambers’ Family, Mental Health & Court of Protection teams.

John is a highly regarded family practitioner specialising in Children Act, divorce and ancillary relief proceedings. John receives instructions from children’s Guardians, local authorities, parents and other interested parties. John has also developed a mental health practice including dealing with Court of Protection matters. John will work from Trinity's Chambers in Newcastle and Middlesbrough.
