Henderson v South Tyneside Connect (EAT) UKEAT/0209/09: Unfair Dismissal following third party pressure, consideration of the 'injustice' that must be considered by the Tribunal

Hovell v Ashford and St. Peters Hospital NHS Trust (ET): Equal Value Stage 1 hearing considering the relevance of a JES as 'evidence' of value prior to its implementation

Freslov v East Sussex Partnership NHS Trust (ET): Successful final value hearing in an equal value claim based on the evidence of a JES in the period prior to its implementation, without an Independent Expert's report.
