Christopher Knox has a particular interest in criminal defence, in particular heavy cases and prosecution (CPS and HM Revenue and Customs).

He is recognised for his wide level of advocacy experience. In crime he has dealt with homicides, including as a leader. He is regularly instructed as a leader in serious crime and financial cases. He also has a particular interest in cases involving informants.

Christopher also has an extensive ancillary relief practice, in particular large money cases. Christopher has extensive experience of dealing with high value and complex ancillary relief proceedings, including those involving business and insolvency. He has an appetite for more problematic cases and is a determined advocate.

Christopher has dealt with disciplinary and regulatory matters.

He has a particular interest in business and financial cases across the spectrum. He has wide tribunal advocacy experience, for example the Transport Tribunal, tax, disciplinary hearings etc.

Christopher also deals with personal injury and common law matters – he is always interested in the unusual ranging from clinical negligence, catastrophic injury to actions against the police.
