Crime

Rachel is a specialist criminal practitioner. Her practice covers all major crime with particular focus on offences of violence, child cruelty, serious drug offences, sexual offences across the spectrum, fraud, benefit fraud, public disorder, money laundering and proceeds of crime.

Rachel has considerable experience of dealing with large and complex cases, including wide scale drugs conspiracies and armed robberies. Whilst Rachel principally defends, she also prosecutes.

Rachel is a prison law specialist with extensive experience of prison adjudications, parole board hearings and lifer panels.

Regulatory

Rachel has experience of prosecuting and defending in relation to trading standards matters and benefit fraud prosecutions. She is also interested in agricultural related regulatory matters.
