Rachel undertakes all aspects of Family Law, particularly care and adoption cases acting for parents, Guardians, Local Authorities and the Official Solicitor. Rachel also deals with matters involving vulnerable adults lacking capacity. Rachel has experience of dealing with forced marriage and "honour violence" cases.

Rachel also deals with ancillary relief cases.

Mental Health

Rachel deals with cases involving vulnerable and incapable adults and in particular circumstances where mental health issues overlap with family law.
