Xanthe Craddock

Xanthe is developing a significant practice covering all aspects of public and private law children cases as well as domestic violence. She is regularly instructed in care proceedings to act on behalf of local authorities as well as for parents and children. Xanthe has particular experience in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse.

Criminal Law

Xanthe has been instructed as junior defence counsel in cases including offences such as conspiracy to commit GBH and conspiracy to steal.

Instructed as junior counsel for the Crown in large scale drugs conspiracy trials: Cases have included - Operation Banjo (2007) and Operation Verona (2008); conspiracy to commit arson (2008)

Regulatory

Xanthe has particular experience prosecuting on behalf of agencies including HM Revenue and Customs, RSPCA and the Environment Agency.
