Fiona Bullock

Teesside Co-ordinator

Fiona joined Trinity Chambers in 2007 after an established career in some of Scotland's top hotels and restaurants.

After gaining a BA in Hotel Catering and Management at the Caledonian University, Glasgow, Fiona progressed with her Food and Beverage Management career, during which she has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Mr Bill Clinton, and has seen many a 'pop' star/celebrity in somewhat compromising situations.

On moving to the North East, she became one half of a North Yorkshire restaurant, before taking a completely different direction in career, but found that her previous education and experience has stood her in good stead, being client focused with organisational skills. Not surprisingly her passion in life, other than her two children, is food and wine.

Fiona now operates our Chambers in Middlesbrough, where she is our Teesside Co-ordinator, and essential link between our clients and barristers in Teesside.
