Jackson has observed a range of Private Law matters in the Family Court involving fact-finding hearings of significant domestic abuse. The cases included issues of removal out of the jurisdiction, alienating behaviour, and contact disputes. The instructions included both parents and children.

Prior to joining Trinity Chambers, Jackson spent time as a Court clerk, primarily in the Family Court in Newcastle, over a period of 3 years, alongside completing his Bar course. Jackson, therefore, brings a wealth of knowledge in family law, having been involved in a wide range of matters.
