Trinity Housing, Business and Property barrister, Vilma Vodanovic will be delivering a hybrid seminar entitled: 'Civil Penalties: Local Authority Enforcement against Private Landlords'.
The free to attend session will include an overview of the guidance coming from the appellate Courts on how these penalties are to be calculated, and will also cover what the Renters' Rights Bill has in store for the future on this very point.
For those with very little or no experience of this topic, the session will be an introduction to the world of financial penalties. For the more well-versed in this field, it is an opportunity to refresh their knowledge and consider the breadth of proposals for the future under the new Bill.
