'From Foundations to Fallout: Navigating Residential Construction Disputes'
The free to attend session aims to assist Construction, Civil, Business & Property practitioners advising homeowners and builders of their position in respect of a residential construction dispute. The presentation will explore common areas of dispute, the evidence needed to support or respond to a dispute and key steps to creating a litigation strategy.
There is the option to attend the session in person, to include lunch after the seminar, at Trinity's Leeds Chambers, however places are limited so early booking is advised.
