Members of Chambers' Civil team will be delivering the first session in Trinity's Contentious Probate Roadshow seminar programme in Cumbria.
This series of lectures will provide both an update on recent case law and practical guidance on issues relevant to all those practising in Contentious Probate and Inheritance Act related claims.
With the first session taking place in Carlisle, these evening talks are designed to complement the annual Trinity Business and Property Conference.
