Members of Trinity's Criminal and Regulatory team will be delivering a FREE in-person update seminar.
Trinity's Shada Mellor, Estelle Chambers and Emelia Boyle, will present a comprehensive Criminal Law Update covering the period between July 2026 - September 2026, including the following topics:
- The Crime and Policing Act 2026
- Sentencing Act 2026 - Early Release Provisions coming into force on 1 October 2026.
- Crime & Policing Act 2026 - Provisions in force.
- Victims & Courts Act 2026
- Judgments from the Court of Appeal & Supreme Court between July 2026 - September 2026
Registration is at 5.15pm, with the talks taking place between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, followed by a Q&A session. The seminar will conclude with an opportunity to network with colleagues and members of the Criminal and Regulatory Team over refreshments and pizza.
