Members of Trinity's Employment team, Anu Kaura and Robert Allen will be delivering a hybrid Employment Law seminar over lunchtime in conjunction with Leeds Law Society.
In their session entitled 'Blow the Whistle, Not the Case', join Anu and Robert, for a no nonsense talk on Whistleblowing and in particular the addition of Sexual Harassment claims.
The seminar will include useful hints and tips on the following topics:
- Protected disclosures
- Updates on the guidance relating to harassment, including sexual harassment and recent developments in case law
- Duty to prevent
Whilst there is the option to attend the session in person, to include lunch, the event will also be available to attend remotely online via Teams.
