There are two major components to Trinity’s ADR offering - access to fully qualified family arbitrators and barristers who are trained in family mediation and civil and commercial mediation.
In family arbitration, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (IFLA) Panel is able to make binding orders under IFLA rules in a wide range of family and trust-related matters.
In mediation, an unbiased intermediary assists all sides to reach an amicable agreement.
As well as attending solicitors' offices and other venues, Trinity are able to offer arbitration and mediation facilities at its premises in Newcastle, Leeds and Middlesbrough.
Fixed fees can be agreed upon in advance.
