Many thanks to all the aspiring barristers who attended our recent Pupillage Open Evening held at Trinity's historic Custom House on Newcastle's Quayside.
The evening was open to both graduates and undergraduates, including those unsure as to whether to choose the solicitor or barrister route in the legal profession. Those attending had the opportunity to meet members of Chambers' Pupillage Committee, current Pupils, and junior tenants who had recently completed their Pupillage.
For anyone unable to attend and who is interested in a career as a barrister, videos of talks from the evening are now available to watch.
In the talks, Trinity barristers and Pupillage Committee members James McHugh and Morgan Brien provided practical advice and tips for anyone considering a career at the Bar and making a Pupillage application. In addition, the session explored what can be expected from a Pupillage at Trinity, as well as life as a Junior member of Chambers.
