Specialist Employment and Discrimination Law  barrister, Jamie Anderson will be delivering a seminar to members of the Employment Lawyers Association in Newcastle on the evening of Thursday 20th September 2018.

The Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) is a politically neutral organisation representing the views and interests of just over 6,000 specialist, qualified employment lawyers in the UK. ELA is made up of a cross section of the legal profession, including barristers and solicitors who act for employers and employees, trade unions, the voluntary sector, industry and the judiciary. ELA’s core aims are to promote the best practice in employment law and to support the work and represent the interests of UK employment lawyers.

The talk, entitled 'Disability discrimination – Applying recent case law on behalf of Claimants and Respondents', will take place at the offices of Sintons Solicitors LLP, The Cube, Barrack Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 6DB.

Jamie's session will cover the many developments in case law over the last few years in disability discrimination and will seek to identify the key lessons that can be learned and applied in the Employment Tribunal on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents.
