James Kemp, member of Trinity Chambers' Chancery and Probate Group has been approved as member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Acceptance as a member of STEP is recognition of James' extensive experience in the specialist areas of trusts and probate by a renowned worldwide professional organization. Professional and lay clients have the confidence of knowing that STEP has a code of professional conduct which applies to all members. Membership of STEP means that James can now be referred to as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
