Barristers from Trinity Chambers have contributed to the latest edition of the Environmental Law Review, a print and online journal serving as a forum with global reach for critical discussion of current and developing ideas in environmental law, published by Sage Publications Limited.
Trinity barristers Henry Stevens and Morgan Brien, and Pupil Matthew Crowe, in collaboration with the University of Northumbria, will continue to produce a quarterly update of case law, legislation and consultation for the Environmental Law Review. The present edition, Env. L. Rev. 136, is now available from the publishers and on Westlaw. This collaboration highlights Trinity Chambers' specialisation in the constantly evolving area of Environmental and Regulatory Law and is an example of a working relationship with the academic community, businesses and organisations connected with environmental issues.
Henry Stevens and Morgan Brien are members of Trinity's Business, Chancery and Costs practice groups. Matthew Crowe, in his second six, is currently a Pupil in Trinity's Business, Employment and Chancery teams.
Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Law Review is Professor Christopher P Rodgers, Newcastle Law School, Newcastle University and author of Agricultural Law. The Update Editor is Jennifer Stephens from Northumbria University.
