Trinity barristers, James Marwick and William Byrne, were invited to be speakers at the North East Fraud Forum Masterclass entitled "Cash for Crash" held at University of Newcastle Business School on 16th December 2013.
The event attracted a wide range of speakers involved in dealing with motor insurance fraud including representatives from Durham Police, Northumbria Police, Gwent Police, the Insurance Fraud Bureau and Direct Line Insurance. James and William provided a lawyer's perspective including an update on the post Jackson landscape.
