On 14th July 2015, specialist Licensing barrister, Charles Holland acted on behalf of the Eleven Arches Trust in its application before Durham County Council's licensing sub-committee for a drinks licence for the multi-million pound tourist attraction to be built near Auckland Castle.
The Licensing sub-committee meeting in Spennymoor approved the application to stage outdoor shows and serve alcohol. The £27 million attraction is due to open in summer 2016.
Charles who heads Trinity's Licensing team is also a member of Chambers' Business, Chancery, Judicial Review and Regulatory practice groups.
