Trinity Family barristers, Amanda Sehat and Laura Nagel will be delivering a seminar at the next Young Resolution North East training event.
The introductory/intermediate seminar will take place on the evening of Wednesday 18 February 2015 at 5pm for a 5.30pm start at the offices of Ward Hadaway Solicitors, Sandgate House, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Amanda and Laura will be presenting a session on the Child Arrangements Programme (CAP) focusing on a contested private law children case study to include:-
- Preparing for the hearing;
- Advocacy in court; and
- Drafting Child Arrangements Programme (CAP) documents.
