Thomas Pacey is the latest barrister to join Trinity Chambers. Called in 2008, Thomas joins Trinity as an experienced London practitioner. The bulk of his work is in relation to employment law acting for both Claimants and Respondents across the UK, including Scotland. His Employment practice predominantly covers Equal Pay, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, wrongful dismissal and breach of contract.
Thomas has experience of dealing with insolvency as well as commercial disputes including construction, commercial fraud, debt recovery, sale of goods and consumer protection issues. As a civil practitioner, Thomas deals with all aspects of personal injury including Fast Track and Multi-Track cases including alleged fraudulent claims such as staged and deliberately induced road traffic accidents. He has particular experience of credit hire cases as well as civil litigation costs disputes. Thomas also deals with professional negligence including clinical negligence.
Thomas joins Trinity Chambers’ Business, Chancery, Employment, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence and Regulatory practice groups. Whilst he will be based at Trinity’s Chambers in Newcastle and Middlesbrough he will continue to work with his national client base including Scotland.
