Philosophy and Theology graduate Josh Stewart-Tilling joins Trinity Chambers' Civil clerking team following a 5 year career in business management.
Josh will work alongside Lead Civil Clerk Steven Walker in managing the Business and Property, Employment Law, Licensing, Personal Injury and Planning barristers.
He will be based at Trinity's Chambers on Newcastle's Quayside and will also be supporting the recently opened premises at 24 Ridley Place in the City Centre. Ridley Place was opened in January 2020 in direct response to the Newcastle Civil & Family Courts & Tribunal Centre's move to the Civic Centre and is now successfully supporting clients and members of Chambers dealing with hearings at the new courts.
With Leeds increasingly being regarded as one of the largest legal hubs outside London, Trinity has recently opened Chambers in Park Square, enabling Trinity's barristers to more effectively support clients from across the North Eastern and Northern Circuits. Josh will assist with Civil clerking enquiries coming through the new Leeds Chambers.
