Having been appointed as a Recorder in April 2018, Trinity barrister, Simon Goldberg has now also been appointed as a Civil Recorder for the North Eastern Circuit.

As well as hearing Criminal cases, from November 2018, Simon Goldberg will be able to deal with Civil cases. Simon's Recorder appointment in April was made by Royal Warrant signed by The Queen following advice from the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

Simon is the head of Trinity's Business and Property Group and is regularly recognised in the leading legal directories, with recent entries including:
