Specialist Chancery and Agriculture barrister, James Kemp will be delivering an seminar covering Contentious Probate to members of the Tees Valley Law Society.

The seminar will take place on the evening of Thursday 22nd March 2018 in Room CL1.09, Clarendon Building, Teesside University, Middlesbrough, TS1 3BX. Registration is at 4.45pm for a 5.00pm start, with the session concluding at 7.00pm. The seminar will attract Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD.

James' session will focus on typical areas of probate dispute, Inheritance Act claims, intestacy, removal and substitution of personal representatives, case law update and costs issues.

James is member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is also regularly recognised in the Legal 500 directories for his Chancery practice.
