Trinity warmly welcomes Laura Jane Miller who joins Chambers' Criminal, Regulatory and Judicial Review teams having returned to the North East from London.

Before being called to the Bar in 2015, Laura previously qualified as a solicitor advocate defending cases against the CPS, NCA, HMRC, RSPCA and Environment Agency.

Laura has an interest in Judicial Review of decisions not to prosecute, specifically in relation to allegations of stalking and hate crime and decisions to prosecute juveniles, vulnerable persons and victims of trafficking.
