Trinity specialist Equestrian and Family Law barrister, Natasha Andrews has had an article published in the May 2017 edition of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Magazine, PI Focus.

In her article "Clearing Hurdles", Natasha explores some of the common issues in bringing equine related personal injury claims. Natasha provides a broad background to equestrian cases, explores duty of care, causation, contributory negligence and also examines the provisions of the Animals Act.

Natasha has a keen interest in horses and all aspects of equestrian law and regulation. She has developed a website dedicated to equestrian law – www.equestrianlawyer.co.uk  covering breach of contract, professional negligence, regulatory work, tribunal representation and personal injury. Natasha is a keen equestrian herself, competing regularly at British Show jumping competitions across the UK.
