Trinity Chambers' Social Housing team are delighted to be partnering with Capsticks Solicitors to deliver an in person seminar examining Community Safety.
The event, entitled 'Evidence for Action, Vulnerability & Equality in Community Safety Litigation', will take place on Wednesday, 7th June 2023 at Trinity's Chambers in Leeds, Eyton House, 12 Park Place, LS1 2RU.
The session will focus on the challenges of dealing with Capacity and Equality in Litigation, but will also look at the Government's recent ASB Action Plan. This will be a great opportunity to hear from specialist housing lawyers, ask questions and engage in discussion.
