Trinity family law barristers, Claire Brissenden and Katherine Wood will be delivering an advocacy training session to members of Young Resolution North East. The event will take place on the evening of Wednesday 1 May 2013 from 5.00pm for a 5.30pm start at Ward Hadaway’s offices at Sandgate House, Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Claire Brissenden will present a session on preparing for First Directions appointments and Financial Dispute Resolution(FDR)appointments before the District Judge. Katherine Wood will deal with private and public law Children Act appointments before District and Circuit Judges.
