Trinity barrister, Richard Stubbs has been appointed to the Football Association’s National Panel of Chairmen to hear anti discrimination cases.

Richard will be hearing cases based primarily in the North East relating to offences by local players, clubs and club and match officials. The panels are made up of one member from the Chairman’s Panel, one from the Local Football Anti Discrimination Panel and one member from the Local Council Panel made up of FA County members.

Richard Stubbs, regularly recognised in the leading directories,"He has a superb grasp of the law and is excellent with clients" Legal 500 2014, is a member of Trinity's AgricultureBusinessCosts,Employment and Judicial Review teams. Richard is also a qualified Mediator and member of Chambers' Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
