Specialist licensing barrister, Charles Holland secured for Fusion Festivals and Events Limited a permanent licence for the Fusion Festival to be held at Otterspool Park and Promenade in Liverpool.
The hearing took place on 21st March 2016 before the Licensing Sub-Committee of Liverpool City Council. The licence was granted despite heavy opposition from local residents concerned at the number attending the Festival due to take place in September 2016..
The Fusion Festival has previously been located at Cofton Park in Birmingham and it is hoped that it will go from strength to strength in Liverpool. Last year’s event attracted performances from Rudimental, The Vamps and Ed Sheeran.
