Newcastle Business & Property Courts Forum will be holding its next event on the evening of Tuesday 21st April 2026 at Ward Hadaway's Newcastle offices.
Entitled "Help Us, Help You", the open Panel session will focus on practice and procedure in the Newcastle Business and Property Courts and will be an opportunity for local practitioners to explore frequently encountered problems and pitfalls in day-to-day use of the Courts.
The Panel will be comprised of Judges, Court staff and local practitioners, including Simon Goldberg K.C., Head of Trinity's Business & Property Team. The Panel, Chaired by Trinity's Fiona Todd, will offer and discuss their perspectives on a wide range of issues from both sides of the bench, including directions, bundles, skeleton arguments, draft orders, urgent applications, listing, costs budgeting etc.
