Chambers' members and staff are delighted to welcome Holly Hickin as a tenant in Trinity's Civil Team.
Called in 2022, Holly has a busy and broad-ranging civil practice covering Employment, Housing, Business & Property, Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence and Inquests.
Holly's employment work includes representing Claimants and Respondents at preliminary and final hearings, as well as drafting pleadings and providing advice. She has dealt with cases involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Acting for and advising private landlords and local authorities, Holly's housing instructions include possession claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions, interim applications and housing disrepair cases.
Developing her Business & Property practice, Holly undertakes a wide range of work including real property, insolvency petitions, Consumer Credit Act claims, ToLATA claims and injunctions. She recently successfully represented an Applicant in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in an Adverse Possession case.
Holly is regularly instructed in a range of fast track and the multi-track personal injury cases, including road traffic accidents, occupier’s liability and accidents at work. Holly also has experience in the Coroner’s Court and has represented families and interested parties.
