Specialist Trinity Immigration barrister, Marian Cleghorn will be delivering an overview of the implications of immigration law in family proceedings to members of North East Resolution on the evening of Wednesday 27th June 2018.
The talk entitled "Interplay of Family Court Proceedings in Immigration Matters: law v reality" will look at a range of immigration topics including children and/or parents without status and issues around imminent removal.
The seminar will take place at the offices of Ward Hadaway Solicitors, Sandgate House,102 Quayside, Newcastle with registration at 5pm for a 5.30pm start. The session will attract 1.5 hours Solicitors Regulation Authority CPD, reference AZT/SFNE.
