On the evening of Wednesday 22nd October 2014, Trinity Chancery barristers Henry Stevens and Jamie Morgan, will be speaking at a CPD accredited Contentious Probate Seminar hosted by the Yorkshire Law Society.
Henry Stevens will examine the Inheritance and Trustees Powers Act 2014 that will make substantial changes to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, the law of Intestacy and Trustees powers. Henry will give an overview of the changes and what practical impact the Inheritance and Trustees Powers Act will have.
Jamie Morgan will look at challenging a will including consideration of testamentary capacity, knowledge and approval, mistake and undue influence.
Henry and Jamie are members of Trinity's Chancery, Business, Costs and Regulatory practice groups.
