Barrister and Head of Trinity Chambers' Licensing Team, Charles Holland has had an article published in the November 2019 edition (Number 25) of The Journal of the Institute of Licensing.
Charles' article entitled: "Life, the Universe and Everything:can sense be made of licensing fee regimes?" examines issues surrounding licensing fees and is published ahead of the Court of Appeal's hearing in Rehman v Wakefield Council to be heard on 26th November 2019. An update will follow after the handing down of the judgement in that appeal.
