Trinity's Members and Staff warmly welcome new tenant, Jonathan Massey who joins Chambers' Business & Property, Personal Injury and Social Housing teams.
Before practising as a barrister in 2022, Jonathan was a litigation solicitor at Kennedys Law LLP.
Jonathan is experienced in a wide range of civil litigation disputes including general contractual claims, consumer credit claims, business-related injunctions, as well as commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
Jonathan has extensive personal injury litigation experience in acting for claimants and defendants in road traffic accidents, employers' liability claims, and public liability claims. Jonathan also accepts instructions in related areas such as credit hire and vehicle damage claims.
Acting for both landlords and tenants in social housing disputes, Jonathan deals with anti-social behaviour cases, possession, and housing disrepair.
