On behalf of Newcastle Law Society Philip Engelman, Judicial Review and Employment barrister at Trinity Chambers, will be delivering an update on the Human Rights Act on Tuesday 19th July 2011 at 5.30 p.m.
He will provide an update on the three Articles which are likely to be most frequently in play in domestic practice, namely Articles 6, 8 and Article 1, Protocol 1. In addition, Philip will be exploring the new procedural rules of the ECHR. The event will take place at Room 007, City Campus East 1, Northumbria University.
