Three of Trinity Chambers’ barristers will be delivering seminars to the Newcastle upon Tyne Law Society. On Thursday 5th May 2011 at 5.30p.m. James Kemp will be delivering a Civil Litigation update with particular focus on Part 36 Offers – when and how to make them in the context of recent significant cases. The seminar will take place at Room 215, City Campus East 1, Northumbria University.
On Monday 16th May 2011 at 5.30 p.m. Jamie Anderson, employment specialist at Trinity Chambers will be providing an update on employment case law. Employment law is clearly a fast moving and ever evolving area and one of its main challenges is keeping up to date from both the Claimant and Respondents' perspectives. The employment law update will, again, take place at Northumbria University at Room 227, City Campus East 1.
Finally, Philip Engelman will be delivering an update on the Human Rights Act on Tuesday 19th July 2011 at 5.30 p.m. He will provide an update on Articles 6, 8 and Article 1, Protocol 1 as well as procedural rules of the ECHR. The event will take place at Room 007, City Campus East 1, Northumbria University.
