The next Leeds Business and Property Court Forum takes place on the evening of Tuesday 5th July 2022.
Specialist Business and Property Court Judge, His Honour Judge Klein will chair a discussion with Lisa Linklater Q.C. and Chris Clements of Deloitte in a session entitled: 'Shareholder Disputes: Unfair Prejudice Petitions and the Art of Share Valuations.' The speakers will be joined by the Chancellor Sir Julian Flaux and the Vice-Chancellor Sir Tim Fancourt.
The free-to-attend hybrid event starts at 6pm, concluding by 7pm. Those attending in person are welcome to join members of the Forum at Leeds Beckett University's Rose Bowl, Portland Crescent, Leeds, LS1 3HB for soft drinks and biscuits from 5:30pm before the discussion begins and afterwards for sparkling wine and refreshments.
Questions in advance can be submitted to Trinity's Jonathan Rodger, who will pose these to the speakers on the evening, email j.rodger@trinitychambers.co.uk. After the Forum has closed, Jonathan will be hosting the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor at a private dinner in their honour.
