On the evening of Wednesday 1st December 2021 the latest Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum will take place online.
The session is entitled:
"The Speedy Determination of the Questions really in Controversy between the Parties": the mission of the Commercial Court and Circuit Commercial Courts, past, present and future.
The event will include an Address by Sir Julian Flaux, Chancellor of the High Court, together with a seminar delivered by Mrs Justice Cockerill, Judge-in-Charge of the Commercial Court.
The free to attend online meeting is scheduled to start at 5.45pm, concluding by 7pm. Whilst taking place online via Zoom, there may be some limited places available to attend in person in Leeds.
