On the evening of Monday 27th September 2021 the latest Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum will take place online with a focus on the latest changes to winding-up procedure.
The session is entitled "The New and Amended Temporary Covid Measures: another extension of CIGA?"
Specialist Business and Property Courts Judge, Her Honour Judge Claire Jackson, will provide a summary of the new provisions in relation to winding up petitions, applicable from 1st October 2021. Barristers Eleanor Temple and Nick Taylor will provide a view from the Bar.
The free to attend online meeting is scheduled to start at 5.30pm, concluding by 7pm.
The Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum was initiated by Trinity members, working with others in the Leeds legal community, following the opening of our Leeds Chambers. The Forum is generously supported by Leeds Law Society and Leeds Law School.
