On the evening of Tuesday 2nd February 2021 the next Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum will take place online.
The session, entitled "Witness statements: the very new régime", will be Chaired by HH Judge Malcolm Davis-White QC.
The Civil Procedure Rules concerning the use of witness statements in proceedings in the Business and Property Courts are due to be revised in April 2021. Mr Justice Andrew Baker and Lesley Anderson QC will discuss the proposed changes and their likely impact on Business and Property litigators.
The free to attend online meeting is scheduled to start at 5.30pm, concluding by 7pm.
Working with others in the Leeds legal community, the Leeds Business & Property Courts Forum was initiated by Trinity members following the opening of our Leeds premises in 2020. The Forum is generously supported by Leeds Law Society and Leeds Law School.
