In the Leeds Employment Tribunal case of O'Shea v LNER, Trinity Employment and Discrimination barrister, Antoine Tinnion successfully represented train driver and ASLEF trade union official Mr. M. O'Shea in claims for breach of s.168 TULRCA 1992 (duty to give employee time off work to perform trade union activities) and unauthorised deduction from wages (s.13 Employment Rights Act 1996).
