Head of Trinity Chambers' Licensing team, barrister Charles Holland will be a guest speaker at a webinar held by the National Association of Licensing and Enforcement Officers (NALEO) on Friday 10th July 2020.
The free webinar takes place between 10 am and 12 noon and is open to NALEO members and non-members. The session will explore the new Coronavirus regulations and the Business and Planning Bill 2020, as well as the challenges and opportunities to support the licensed sector as it gradually attempts to reopen in the "new normal".
Charles will be focusing on helping the industry to navigate the complexities of and confusion created by the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2020 [No. 684]. Joining Charles is Jo Cox-Brown of Night Time Economy Solutions and barrister Leo Charalambides.
