Specialist Licensing barrister, Charles Holland will be speaking at the Westminster Briefing focused on transport licensing to be held on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at One Drummond Gate, Victoria, London.
The event entitled "Taxi and PHV Licensing: The Road to Effective Regulation" will look at policy updates and industry best practice, including the balance between supporting this challenging sector and ensuring public safety.
The event is aimed at those with an interest in taxi and Private Hire Vehicle licensing reform, including but not limited to: licensing committees; licensing officers; police; solicitors; barristers; representatives from taxi and PHV firms and relevant bodies concerning public safety.
Charles joins a range of licensing industry experts, including Alan Tolley, Member, LGA Licensing Policy Forum and Ellie Greenwood, Senior Policy Advisor, Local Government Association. The event will be Chaired by Roger King, Director, Stronger and Safer Solutions.
