Trinity Crime Silk, Caroline Goodwin Q.C. led Malcolm Fawcett's successful defence team, resulting in his acquittal at Teesside Crown Court of eleven sexual assault charges.

The Defendant, a retired police officer, had been accused of abusing his position of power and influence over a two year period at the Brancepth Castle Golf Club he captained.

Following the three-week long trial before Judge Jonathan Carroll, the Jury cleared Malcolm Fawcett of all charges.
