On the evening of Monday 30th November 2020 the inaugural Manchester Business and Property Courts Forum will take place online with a focus on Proprietary Estoppel.
The session entitled "Broken promises: Proprietary estoppel in the modern world" will be Chaired by His Honour Judge Stephen Eyre QC. There will be contributions from barrister Nigel Clayton and head of Trinity's Business and Property Team, Simon Goldberg. Also joining the event will be Robyn Peat, Managing Partner at Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents, George F White.
The free to attend online meeting is scheduled to start at 5.30pm, concluding by 7pm. The session is a repeat of a similar event held by the Leeds Business and Property Courts Forum on 15th October 2020, so will be of value to anyone who missed it.
Following their success in Newcastle and then Leeds, the Manchester Business & Property Courts Forum was again initiated by Trinity members in collaboration with the Northern Circuit legal community. The meeting will be the first of many similar events planned for the coming months attracting a range of expert speakers and members of the Judiciary.
